Your Introduction to Crossfit
We understand that finding a gym you’ll love to go to is an extremely individual and personal decision. There’s lots of different facilities out there and we’re big believers in letting people try something themselves to see if it's a good fit for them.
Whether you’ve CrossFitted or done group training before, or it’s a totally new experience we’ve got you covered. Come into our Monday 5:30 pm sessions and jump straight in on our class.
A coach will be there to modify any part of the workout as needed to suit your individual ability and fitness level to ensure you get the perfect amount of workout and the maximum amount of enjoyment.
After the class, it’s totally up to you if you continue with us or not. No awkward sales pitches here!
